Delivery Information

Your order is sent directly to our secure till in our shop for processing. Once we have received your order and payment our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this the same day for all orders in to our shop Mon-Sat (excl. Bank Holidays) You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home Page on this web site.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customers expense in original packaging and condition. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition. The refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We offer gift wrapping at £1.99 for all gifts, we have beautiful wrapping paper for Weddings, Anniversaries, New Babies, Christenings and Birthdays etc. All gifts will be professionally wrapped and finished off with ribbon and bow. A matching gift tag and message can be added for only 60p extra.
